Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and f111 ("f111", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://f111.vu. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the f111 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

f111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, a revised "Last Updated" date will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The f111 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game, or place any bet or wager on the f111 platform. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

f111 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we require identity verification documents — including proof of age — prior to processing your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time during your account lifecycle. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used.

Eligibility Conditions

Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid and active email address that you own and have sole access to.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for SMS verification and two-factor authentication).

You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, voiding of all transactions, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one f111 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, f111 reserves the right to merge them, close all but one, void associated bonuses, and in cases of intentional abuse, close all accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. f111 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number to add an additional layer of security. You must notify f111 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. f111 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security practices.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

f111 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate as proof of identity and age.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months as proof of address.
• Screenshots or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account as proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction in the f111 Cashier. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. f111 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposited funds must be used for wagering on f111. Depositing funds for the sole purpose of transferring them out without wagering activity may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. f111 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit. Standard processing timeframes are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Most requests processed within 2 hours; typically under 30 minutes during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): 1–2 business days.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of request. f111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed KYC or where unusual activity has been detected.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made to f111 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. f111 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately upon notification of a chargeback and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated fees or costs, through all available channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

f111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which will be communicated clearly at the point of offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to players who have created a verified f111 account and are aged 18 or above.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, which must be met before the bonus is credited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• f111 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where misuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Players may not combine multiple bonus offers unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

f111 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times; coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematically placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play; and any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without participating in good faith. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be voided.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the f111 platform — including slot titles, live casino games, virtual sports, and the f111 sportsbook — are governed by both these Terms and the specific rules of each individual game or market. Players are encouraged to read the rules of any game before wagering.

Casino Games

Casino games on f111 are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • Palpable errors in odds — including obvious pricing mistakes — will not be honoured. f111 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Disconnections & Technical Faults

f111 maintains robust server infrastructure to minimise disruptions; however, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or temporary platform maintenance may occasionally interrupt gameplay. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome recorded by the game server at the point of disconnection will be treated as final. For slots and RNG games, incomplete rounds are typically resumed upon reconnection. In cases of genuine platform-side technical faults, f111 will investigate and where appropriate, credit or refund affected players at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the f111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Technical Abuse

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other tool to interact with the f111 platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to f111 support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any part of the f111 platform, its games, or its software infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Financial Misconduct

• Depositing funds originating from illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity. f111 is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate f111 transactions.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or withdrawing funds to an account that does not belong to the registered account holder.

Collusion & Match Manipulation

• Coordinating with other players, game participants, or third parties to influence the outcome of any casino game or sporting event for the purpose of financial gain.
• Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information about a sporting event (insider information).
• Participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing in cricket, boxing, or any other sport covered by the f111 sportsbook.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your f111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Once an account is closed voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to your primary payment method within a reasonable processing period. Please note that if your account was receiving an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement at the time of closure, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a temporary cool-off period (24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days) or initiate a self-exclusion of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely via their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, login access is suspended and f111 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by f111

f111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a recognised authority.

Where an account is closed involuntarily due to a breach of these Terms, f111 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. In cases where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

f111 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f111 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. f111's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f111 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if f111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through f111's internal complaints process should be directed to f111's support team in the first instance at [email protected]. f111 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
